Parachutes and gravitational challenge

I hope you will like this post.
It's a little off-topic but some fun with an important message. I gratefully acknowledge Dr Judith Jacobsen for providing me with the link to this.
Here is a 'spoof' article that appeared in the BMJ a few years back titled: Parachute use to prevent death and major trauma related to gravitational challenge: systematic review of randomised controlled trials.
The title is something isn't it.
The crux of the article is that there has never been a randomised controlled trial on parachute use and death by gravity (one might have a slight problem with ethics and the non-use of a parachute when jumping out of a plane) but common sense dictates a 'cause and effect' relationship, even if it is not necessarily a universal one.
