At our request he was moved to a separate area in the school with his ABA trained teacher aide .... the biting stopped IMMEDIATELY. I practice law ... we call that evidence. ... Conor had interaction in various activities with other kids especially swimming and diving and he loved school and still yearns for it at age 22. He was accommodated based on what the evidence told us, on what he was telling us by biting his hand in the regular classroom ... he did not want to be there ... he was overwhelmed.
